Nick is a highly-skilled information technology specialist with over 10 years in the IT field. He's worked hard to gain a commanding knowledge of technology and its practices. Nick's strong drive to learn has led him to be intimately familiar with hardware, software, network engineering, maintenance, troubleshooting, end-user and workstation support, and most of all, prompt customer service. His talents have enabled him to analyze and consult in the design, construction, proper implementation and upkeep of vast and advanced fiber-based and wifi networks, while his years in help desk support and customer service have given him the personality and patience to determine what users need and how to properly incorporate technology to fulfill those needs.
